1. Service description

ourStoryAI is an AI-powered role-playing chat platform where users can talk with, create, and publish virtual characters. It is independently operated and maintained.

2. Accounts

• Register and log in with Google, Telegram, or email.
• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for losses caused by poor account security.
• Do not use another person’s account or identity.
• One account per user; bulk registration is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not publish or distribute illegal content.
• Do not publish prohibited sexual, violent, discriminatory, or hateful content.
• Do not commit fraud, harassment, cyberattacks, or other harmful acts.
• Do not reverse engineer, crack, or destructively scrape the Platform.
• Do not use the Platform for unsolicited promotion or spam.

4. Virtual items and payments

• Coins and diamonds are for use only on the Platform and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• Completed purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Membership expires at the end of its term; used time is not compensated.
• Prices and uses may change for operational reasons with advance notice.

5. Content and intellectual property

• Users retain rights to the content they create and publish.
• Publishing grants the Platform permission to display and distribute that content within the service.
• The Platform owns rights in its interface, technical architecture, and AI models.
• Unauthorized copying, republication, or adaptation is prohibited.

6. AI-generated content

AI content is for reference and entertainment and does not represent the Platform’s views. It may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or fictional; users must assess it themselves.

7. Changes and interruptions

• The Platform may change, suspend, or end some or all services.
• Planned maintenance or upgrade interruptions will be announced in advance.
• The Platform is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure.

8. Disclaimers

• The Platform is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from use.
• Users bear losses or penalties caused by their violation of these terms.
• The Platform is not responsible for third-party links or services.

9. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms and post the new version on the Platform. Continued use means acceptance; material changes will be announced appropriately.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be negotiated; unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court where the Platform operator is located.
